People of all abilities deserve to explore and express what makes them who they are and enjoy relationships in their life.

Each lesson contains one 15-30 minute lesson video and optional activities. The course utilizes simple language with visual aids.

Lessons are open to people of all abilities and created specifically for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
