Healthy Relationships for All Course (Video Activity Guide)

Description

We know that relationships can be fun and exciting, but they can also be challenging and confusing! We are here to help. This special online course uses our brand new videos featuring individuals with disabilities modeling healthy and unhealthy scenarios about all kinds of relationships.

This self-paced course offers 5 lessons on:

Creating Healthy Relationships
Consent: Ask, Listen, Respect
Compromise and Taking Turns
My Body Belongs to Me
Love – It Takes Time

Each lesson will take around 30 minutes. A lesson contains a short introduction video about the topic, a 10-minute interactive activity video, and ends with a quiz. The course videos feature one of our teachers and utilizes simple language with visual aids.

Lessons are open to people of all abilities and created specifically for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
