The Power of Me is a series of lessons designed to provide adolescents with the tools they need to be healthy and connected as they navigate life. Using mindfulness and movement techniques, paired with personal health and wellness topics, the lessons facilitate the exploration of topics in a safe environment.
Participants experience the lessons through movement, discussion, activities and a guided relaxation at the end. They find their own voice and discover the power they have within to live a healthy life.
Topics include goal setting, healthy relationships, exploring emotions, puberty, communicating consent, and more.

Topics include Exploring Emotions, Conflict Resolution, Healthy Relationships, Loving Kindness, Calm & Connection and more. They are appropriate for Pre – Kindergarten – Adult groups.

The Power of Me is all about empowering participants with knowledge and self-worth and encouraging them to build their self-esteem. The program consists of workshops that provide instruction and guidance on the following topics:

- Friendship and Healthy Relationships
- Exploring Emotions
- Conflict Resolution
The Power of Me helps address issues like low self-esteem, challenges with friendships and bullying, and other topics adults with disabilities may encounter in their lives.
